This is a local, family-owned spot. The owners run the rooms and take a lot of care to study each group that comes through. They have a strong commitment to continuous improvement. We ran two rooms this weekend and spent a good 10 minutes after each discussing the rooms since we have done rooms all over the world. The items and locks are in good condition and we didn't run into many snags in getting a correct combination to work. There is a nice mix of technology as well. It isn't all clues and locks, but there are many magnetic sensors and other components. I would definitely recommend it. It is worth a specific trip if you are in the houston area.

Played "The Woods" and had a great time! I've been to several escape rooms and this is probably one of my favorite ones. I loved that the puzzles were well designed and not too easy or difficult. I've been to some where the clues were messed up or mechanics weren't functioning properly which can mess up the whole experience. I was in a group of 10 and I just want to point out that our group was pretty loud. Despite most of them being inattentive and not really listening to instructions (which can be frustrating for the game host) the staff was still very friendly and patient and made sure we had fun! Wish this was closer to where I live but I'd still make the 40 minute drive to try the other rooms.

Great family owned escape room conveniently located in Sugar Land meaning you don’t have to travel all the way into the hustle of Houston to do one! Everyone is super friendly and “Sally” is a great game master. The rooms are tough, but not too tough for beginners and definitely not too easy for a pro. Kids can also partake in the experience and help, or play with the props. Whichever. We’ve done 2/4 rooms here and will be back to complete the other two!

I’ve done escape rooms in 3 different states- Let Me Out is my favorite! My family that includes 3 kids ages 8-12 all had a great time working together to solve the mystery. The staff was fantastic- they were friendly and enthusiastic. I highly recommend Let Me Out if you are looking for a fun and unique experience.

Hands down was our favorite Escape Room we have done. Will absolutely come back. We picked the hardest room and the puzzles were challenging and exciting. Nothing was cheesy and very well put together. Super nice staff!

It was my 11 year old's first time doing an escape room. He was worried it would be scary, but we chose the Longevity room and we had a blast. He's ready for his next one. The Longevity room was perfect for our 8 year old as well. It really allowed them to participate and kept them engaged the entire time. The owner, Steve, was so friendly and answered all of our questions after we escaped with 12 minutes to spare. Prior to starting, Steve explained to us that they fog and sanitize their rooms as a covid precaution, so it was definitely a plus that they are doing their part to provide a safe environment of fun. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was fun and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!.

This was my families first escape room experience and we are all happy with our choice of where to go. The entire Let Me Out Staff was great with explaining what to expect and took their time to explain everything. We will certainly return to this location. And for anyone wondering or concerned the staff was very conscientious of the Covid preventive steps. Thank you again for a great time!
